What extras will I have to pay?
We have always aimed to keep our price structure as simple and honest as possible. Therefore the price includes staff, crockery, cutlery as well as delivery within the ME postcode. Paper banqueting roll and paper napkins are also included as well as disposable plates and trays for finger buffets. In addition you need not add VAT to our prices.
So I’ll never need to pay an extra?
We don’t have the facilities to move hot food around, we don’t think it tastes as good as food cooked on the premises. If, for example, the venue does not have an oven then we can hire one in. We use a long established local company who provide hire to the public and trade alike. We charge you what it costs us. we are happy to do a survey at the venue to see what is required.
I want a buffet. How much do I need to order?
Perhaps the most asked question. It does depend on the circumstances. If you require a buffet for an evening buffet afetr a wedding breakfast. You will have fed many of your guests during the day so they may not all eat in the evening.
We always advise people to visualise a plate with the items on it. Most of our finger buffet customers will have sandwiches and about four or five other items

No problem, we will always try and accommodate what you want. Just contact us. Some of our most popular dishes started out as a specific request from a client
Can I mix and match?
Of course. You can select from any of the menus
How do I book Whitehead Catering for my event?
Typically we have about about 180 to 200 jobs booked in for the next twelve months so to reserve our services you need to pay a £100 non-refundable deposit. Upon receipt of this we book the job and you can relax
When do you need to know final numbers and menus?
There is no panic to sort this out. We need final numbers, menu and payment two weeks prior to your event. For some of our corporate customers we can send invoices for settlement after the event
Can we meet up?
We are always happy to meet up. We understand that food is a central part to many weddings and parties. It is always lovely to meet our prospective brides. Our experience of weddings over the years means we can help on many aspects of your big day. We can meet at a location to suit you. Why not contact us.
